Daniel Roos

Daniel has, among other things, been head of the pastry department at the famous restaurant Operakällaren, responsible for Crown Princess Victoria's wedding venue, and won Olympic gold with the Swedish national chefs team. Daniel has also been responsible for the 4 most recent Nobel Price desserts. Nowadays, he runs his own company Pastry Design, and K Märkt where he works with education, catering, wedding cakes, and desserts for parties.
