What is Blue Note?
Blue Note is one of the world's most renowned jazz club brands, known for hosting legendary and emerging artists across jazz, soul, R&B, and contemporary music. Located in the heart of Covent Garden on St. Martin's Lane, Blue Note London offers an intimate live music experience with table service throughout performances.
What is included in a priceless.com package?
Each package includes:
- Two tickets to see your selected artist at Blue Note London
- Admission to either the 7:00pm or 9:30pm performance, depending on the session selected at booking
Is food or drink included?
No. The package includes admission only. A full food and drinks menu will be available to purchase at the venue.
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. for 7:00 p.m. performances and at 9:00 p.m. for 9:30 p.m. performances. We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time before your selected performance.
Who can purchase a package?
This offer is available exclusively to Mastercard cardholders aged 18 or over.
How many packages can I buy?
Each cardholder may purchase up to three packages (six tickets), subject to availability.
Will I receive tickets?
No physical or digital tickets will be issued. Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from: pricelessemails@biggroup.co.uk and your name will be added to the guest list. Please be sure to check your Junk / Spam folders.
On arrival, simply check in at the Blue Note host.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Please note the Venue may ask for proof of ID before serving alcohol at the event if you look under the age of 25.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring:
- Your booking confirmation email
- A valid form of photo ID
You may be asked to provide proof of identity upon entry.
Can I transfer or resell my booking?
No. Bookings are for personal use only and are non-transferable. Tickets and packages may not be resold, transferred, republished, or used for commercial purposes.
What if I arrive for the wrong performance time?
Unfortunately, entry may be refused if you arrive for a performance other than the one selected at the time of booking. Please check your booking confirmation carefully before attending.
Can Blue Note or the Event Organiser refuse entry?
Yes. Blue Note London and the Event Organiser reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise in breach of the venue's terms and conditions.
