Priceless.com provides access to unforgettable experiences and valuable everyday discounts to Mastercard cardholders in the cities where you live and travel.
What is Mastercard presale?
Mastercard presale is a live music ticket access program giving over two hundred million cardholders access to concert presale tickets, premium seats, and various VIP experiences before tickets become available to the public. Typically, the presale period is up to two days prior to tickets being available in the general public sale.
What are Mastercard “Preferred Tickets”?
Mastercard “Preferred Tickets” are a restricted number of tickets reserved from general public sale on specific tours for cardholders.
Do I need a Mastercard to purchase presale tickets?
Yes. To access and complete the purchase during the presale, you must use a E.SUN Bank or DBS Bank (Taiwan) Mastercard credit or debitcard at checkout.
Do I need a passcode at checkout to purchase presale or preferred tickets?
No passcode will be required. On the ticketing page for locked tickets, you will be prompted to enter your six or eight digit Mastercard BIN (Bank Identification Number). Segmentation will be loaded into the ticketing provider’s website and only applicable BINs will be able to complete the transaction.
Is there a limited number of Mastercard presale tickets available to cardholders?
Yes, ticket purchasing limits vary for each event. See the event page on Tixcraft for additional information.
Is there a difference in ticket prices during presale compared to general sale?
There is no difference in ticket pricing for presale and general sale.
Where will Mastercard presale tickets be available for purchase?
Presale opportunities will be listed on priceless.com under the music page. Select the artist/tour that you are interested in, and you will be directed to a listing of event dates/locations for that artist/tour. Once you select a show and date, you will be directed to the applicable ticketing platform to checkout and process your payment using your eligible Mastercard.
Which countries and regions have access to Mastercard tickets?
The countries and regions with access to tickets are – Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong & Macau, Italy, Netherlands, UK, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan Region, Thailand, Ireland, Malaysia, Japan, South Africa, UAE, Kuwait and Egypt.
Are some concerts only available for certain Mastercard types or banks that issue Mastercard's?
Yes, the Mastercard type required will be highlighted on the ticketing provider’s event details page, and card segmentation will be setup for specific events.
Can I make changes to my presale ticket order?
No, all presale ticket sales are final, and no changes can be made after purchase.
What happens if I miss an event presale, can I still buy tickets during the general sale and take advantage of cardholder offers?
Yes, “Preferred Tickets” and “Priceless Experiences” will be available to cardholders from the general public on-sale of an event on a first come first serve basis due to limited availability.
What happens if I cannot make it to a paid event and I want a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. For additional questions about ticket, please contact the ticketing provider’s customer support team.
What happens if the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the event organizer or ticket provider will contact you with the new event date. Unless otherwise noted, your original tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event date, you may request a refund. If an event is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, you will be issued a refund.
I am experiencing an issue viewing presale events on priceless.com, what can I do?
If you are experiencing a technical issue on priceless.com visit and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please keep in mind that if a presale window has closed or the event is sold out you will not be able to access or purchase tickets for an event.
I am unable to complete my transaction on the ticket provider’s website, what do I do?
For all checkout and technical issues, please contact the ticketing providers customer support team. For all credit card related inquiries or denied transactions, please contact the issuer’s customer service center.
