Paddington: The Musical - Frequently Asked Questions

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets for July performances go on sale on Wednesday 3 June. The booking page is expected to go live at 10:30 AM UK time, though please note that this exact time is subject to change. For performances running from August to October 2026, tickets are released on the first Wednesday of each month for the following month’s performances. You can purchase tickets up until one week before each performance, or until they sell out—whichever comes first. As demand is very high, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your seats.

What does the priceless.com package include?
Packages booked via priceless.com include 1x front row seat for select performances, plus 1x complimentary ice cream per ticket. Ice cream tickets can be redeemed at the Box Office upon arrival and include a selection of flavours, including vegan options. 

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can buy?
A maximum of 6 tickets per performance may be purchased via priceless.com. All tickets purchased are for personal use and cannot be resold. If you are unable to make the event, please contact ATG Tickets to discuss options. Any tickets resold at a profit may be cancelled, with the original purchase amount refunded.

When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be sent as e-tickets to the email address provided during booking at least 48 hours before the performance. Please double-check your email and ticket details to ensure all information is correct.

I can no longer attend the performance I booked; can I change my tickets?
Yes, tickets booked through ATG are exchangeable up to 48 hours in advance for a fee. Please contact savoyboxoffice@atgentertainment.com for assistance.

What payment method can I use to purchase these tickets?
Tickets must be purchased with a valid Mastercard.

Is this experience accessible to guests with disabilities?
Guests needing accessible seating or wishing to discuss options should contact the Savoy Theatre directly. The front row does not offer step-free access. For easier access with fewer or no stairs, the Dress Circle section is recommended. Please Note: These seats are not available on priceless.com and must be booked directly through Paddingtons: The Musical official website.

Are tickets available for carers?
Yes. A free carer ticket is available. These cannot be booked online, so we recommend purchasing the tickets you need first. Once you have your order number, contact savoyboxoffice@atgentertainment.com and they can process a refund for one of the tickets.

Are there any age restrictions or guidance for viewers of this show?
Paddington The Musical is a marmalade-packed adventure, recommended for ages 6 and up. Children under 3 years old cannot be admitted. Tickets purchased via priceless.com must be purchased by Mastercard cardholders aged 18 or over. Guests aged 16 and under must be seated with an accompanying adult. All attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
