- Once a booking has been confirmed, the treatment schedule can no longer be changed or rescheduled. This is because the private villa space and therapists' schedules are reserved exclusively in advance for the guest's experience
- To officially confirm and secure the booking, full advance payment is required prior to reservation confirmation. Payment may be made to Tirta Spa Boracay via PayPal using the guest's Mastercard, or through an in-person card payment where the Tirta Spa Boracay team may visit the guest's hotel to process the Mastercard payment directly. Upon successful payment, the booking will immediately be blocked and confirmed in Tirta Spa Boracay's system
