Dineout 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Third Party Restaurant Experiences. The restaurants featured on the Dine Out festival page are selected by Mastercard as part of a curated program. However, all such experiences are organised and delivered by independent third-party restaurant operators. Mastercard does not own, manage, or operate the restaurants or experiences.

2. Booking and Availability. Reservations or bookings for these experiences are made directly through the restaurant's own website or via a third‑party booking platform (not on Priceless.com). Any reservations, payments, or information you provide on an external site will be subject to that third party's terms, conditions, and privacy policy. Mastercard is not responsible for the availability, quality, or delivery of services offered by the restaurant, and makes no guarantees regarding reservation times, menu offerings, or pricing.

3. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastercard is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from participation in any third-party restaurant experience, including but not limited to issues involving food safety, dietary issues, cancellations, or changes in service.

4. No Partnership or Endorsement. Inclusion of restaurants in the Priceless Dine Out program is for promotional purposes only and does not signify any partnership with or guarantee of quality by Mastercard. Except where specifically stated, Mastercard receives no compensation from the restaurants and is not acting as an agent for any restaurant or for you as a participant.

5. Your Responsibilities. You are responsible for reviewing the restaurant's own terms, conditions, and policies (including any applicable privacy policy) before making a booking or attending an experience. If you have questions or concerns about any experience (e.g., access, dietary, refund issues), please contact the restaurant directly.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

7. External Websites. By clicking on a restaurant link, you will be leaving Priceless.com and redirected to an external website. Mastercard is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use on third‑party sites.
