Indulge your senses in a one-off izakaya experience prepared by Chef Hiroki Odo, who has helmed Michelin-starred restaurants, at The Gallery by Odo in New York City's historic Flatiron District. You'll take your seat for three curated pairings of sake and an original appetizer created by Chef Odo and his team —this month, featuring Haneya from Fumigiku Shuzo, who will be present. Fumigiku Shuzo is led by fourth-generation owner-brewer Yoshiki Hane, crafting sake with a daiginjo-level philosophy using the pristine waters of the Tateyama mountains.
