Discover Mezzano di Primiero with a tour to uncover incredible stories and unforgettable flavors. The experience will begin at Macelleria Bonat, an unconventional butcher shop where an expert will guide you through a signature tasting, featuring around ten meat-based products accompanied by selected drinks. Then, you will enjoy a four-course Trentino meal, paired with four beers, in the private dining room of the restaurant La Doga Gourmet. You will then move to Birrificio BioNoc', where you will have the opportunity visit the brewery and taste 3 beers and, finally, receive a special gift as a memento of your visit. In addition, before the visit to the butcher shop or right after lunch, you could wander around Mezzano, exploring the local artisan shops, and ringing the famous Red Chair bell, which calls upon a local voice, ready to share the story of the village with you. - Experience is valid for participants of all ages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Experience is available Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays, starting from 11:00 AM. To book, send an email to info@madeinborghi.it, specifying the desired date for the experience
- Experience is subject to availability from the service providers for the requested days
- Schedule:
- 11:00 AM: tasting at Macelleria Bonat (approx.1h30)
- 12:30 PM: lunch at La Doga Gourmet (approx. 1h30/2h)
- 5:15 PM: visit to Birrificio BioNoc'
- Free time (morning/after lunch): visit the village and participate in the "Red Chair" initiative
- It is recommended to start the tour of the village in the morning, as to begin the tasting at the butcher shop around 11:00 AM. According to participants' preferences, the village visit can also take place in the afternoon, after lunch

- It is advisable to have your own car, as transportation is not provided to/from the meeting points listed above. Mezzano offers ample parking facilities. The restaurant La Doga Gourmet is located in the nearby town of Fiera di Primiero and must be reached by car. The village of Mezzano offers ample parking; for La Doga Gourmet, it is recommended to park at Parco Vallombrosa and walk to the restaurant

- Experience is for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 participants
- Red Chair is placed from time to time in picturesque corners of the village (usually in 2 fixed locations). It is not guaranteed that the person who responds to the bell will speak English
- In case of rain, the tasting at the butcher shop, the brewery experience, and the lunch at restaurant La Doga will still take place as planned
- The experience is available year-round, except for the period between December 25 and January 7
- If the experience is booked during the winter months, in case of adverse weather conditions such as snowfall, the experience may be postponed for safety reasons
- Participants are asked to come properly equipped for winter (winter clothing and footwear) and to check road conditions and vehicle equipment (winter tires and/or chains where required). In case of adverse weather conditions, the experience may be postponed for safety reasons
- Experience is not accessible for people with reduced mobility
- During this experience, an alcoholic beverage will be offered to adult participants. Drink responsibly. Alcohol abuse is harmful to your health
