You'll begin with a private tour of the farm, where you'll uncover this iconic cheese and sample it at various stages of aging. Then, you'll continue your epicurean adventure at L'Erba del Re, helmed by heralded chef Luca Marchini in Piazzetta della Pomposa, one of the city's most picturesque squares. You'll be welcomed at a sought-after table set inside the kitchen for a six-course tasting menu crafted around Parmigiano Reggiano steps away from your seats, with each dish thoughtfully paired with regional wines.
