You'll hear the chefs' culinary philosophy and delight in a show-cooking session featuring alluring appetisers inside The Apartment, a separate space on the restaurant's ground floor with a separate kitchen. Then, you'll sit down to a spectacular seasonal tasting menu with luxe wine pairings in the dining room, where you can watch the chefs perform more gastronomy magic in the lively open kitchen.
