Then, you'll head to a nearby café for an intimate, interactive workshop to make dumplings; xiao long bao, a.k.a. soup dumplings; or both local delicacies from scratch with the chef's step-by-step guidance on mixing flavourful fillings, delicately folding and pleating each delectable morsel, and steaming or boiling them to perfection using reusable and biodegradable materials.
