You'll start with a welcome drink before handpicking ingredients with the executive chef to be used in preparing a bespoke menu inspired by your selections. Then, as your exquisite meal is crafted, you'll join the resident mixologist for a 45-minute masterclass on making cocktails and pairing them with gourmet canapés as you take in a spectacular sunset over the Arabian Gulf.
