Gabriela Monteleone
Gabriela Monteleone was a gastronomy student when she began to work in a wine store in São Paulo, Brazil's biggest city. It was early 2000s and over the past 20 years, she improved her skills as a sommelier – today, Gabriela is one of the most important professionals in this area. She works as a head sommelier and beverage curator at Group D.O.M., from Alex Atala, the most important Brazilian chef.
