Patrick Drake is the creator of the world's fastest cooking course, www.the60secondchef.com, co-founder and head chef of the world's largest recipe box service, HelloFresh and presenter for Discovery, Nat Geo and Fox networks.
Patrick's journey has been anything but conventional and London's corporate conveyor belt quickly lost its allure and so began a secret double life as a chef. He spends his lunchtimes hiding out with the chefs in his firm's fine dining restaurant, his evenings in the kitchen of The Cuckoo Club in Mayfair and his weekends with renowned Spanish chef José Pizarro.
Created just for Mastercard cardholders, this experience will be a hands-on cookery masterclass at The HelloFresh Farm and Cookery School in Shoreditch – a bright and airy space allowing for interaction between Patrick, his assistant and guests. Patrick will discuss and demonstrate how to use the ingredients (sourced fresh that morning locally) to create a delicious main course ready to eat within an hour. The class will be very interactive, with plenty of one-on-one time with Patrick, where questions can be asked at any time.
