Juan Ventureyra - Culinary Director

Casa Palanti is a contemporary Argentine restaurant housed within La Casa Redonda, a remarkable Art Nouveau residence built in 1922 by Italian architect Mario Palanti, also known for designing Buenos Aires' Palacio Barolo. Located in Barrio Parque, near MALBA, the restaurant brings new life to a historic architectural landmark. Its carefully restored interiors draw inspiration from Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy, while the cuisine celebrates seasonal Argentine ingredients, contemporary techniques, and subtle Italian influences.
