Alonso Palomino
Lady Bee was born with the desire to adapt to its surroundings, focusing
on the diversity of Peru’s pantry and creating experiences that reflect the
seasonality of the territory. Lady Bee team works closely with local
producers, adapting the menu to the Peruvian agricultural calendar and
avoiding the use of out-of-season ingredients. Its name honors the
"abeja señorita", a native stingless species that symbolizes pollination,
community, and collaboration.
