Caio Kubo
Kinoshita is one of São Paulo’s most established Japanese fine-dining restaurants. Its origins date back to the late 1970s in Liberdade, the historic heart of the city’s Japanese community, where it was founded by Japanese immigrant Toshio Kinoshita. Over time, the restaurant evolved into a contemporary expression of Japanese cuisine while preserving its connection to the history of Japanese immigration in Brazil.
