Bar da Dona Onça is one of downtown São Paulo’s most iconic restaurants and one of chef Janaína Torres’ defining projects. Located on the ground floor of Oscar Niemeyer’s celebrated Copan Building, the restaurant celebrates popular Brazilian and São Paulo cuisine through nostalgic recipes, home-style dishes, stews, rice dishes, and slow-cooked preparations. After nearly two decades, it has also become an important part of the cultural and culinary revitalization of central São Paulo.
