In 2009, building on that momentum, Peter and his daughter Kathy Fang opened Fang in the heart of SoMa. Designed as a modern spin-off, Fang represents the next chapter of the Fang family legacy, offering a fresh, elevated take on Chinese cuisine that reflects both tradition and innovation.
