Renowned chef and restaurateur Richard Sandoval teamed up with famed opera singer Plácido Domingo to bring upscale Mexican cooking to NYC. The well-lit dining room keeps things simple on the decor front with an all-white colour scheme, which allows the vibrant cooking to really sing. The menu celebrates seafood found off Mexican coastlines and the tile fish in guajillo chilli broth is a winner. The barmen mix a good margarita, too.
