Roy's Baltimore

You don't have to travel to Honolulu to enjoy Hawaiian fusion cuisine – just make your way to Baltimore's Roy's Restaurant, helmed by chef Roy Yamaguchi. Although of Japanese-American descent, Roy is a founding member of the Hawaii Regional Cuisine food movement and is considered an innovative force in the eclectic Californian, French and Japanese cooking traditions of the islands. We suggest the grilled swordfish with spicy crab udon noodles.
