Pearl
Pearl is a seasonal, restored 1946 oyster boat docked at the Rowayton Seafood market, serving a focused raw bar – Copps Island oysters, little necks, cherrystones, shrimp cocktail and a Pearl’s Platter – and handhelds such as lobster roll and tuna sashimi flatbread. The bar presents cocktails including Walk The Plank, Pearl’s Punch, She Sells Seashells and Aged At Sea, alongside wine, beer and spirits.
