Sartiano's

Sartiano’s is an Italian steakhouse conceived by Scott Sartiano of Bond Hospitality and transplanted from the Mercer Hotel in New York to Wynn Las Vegas. The day-to-day kitchen threads Neapolitan-rooted Italian cooking with modern American steakhouse technique, with dishes such as golden Osetra caviar cannoli with whipped mascarpone and chives, baked clams with pancetta and smoked bacon, wild-mushroom and black truffle lasagna, and shareable paccheri with herbed ricotta and “Sunday sauce." Interiors from Tihany Design in collaboration with Todd-Avery Lenahan marry Milanese architectural references and mid-century modernism, with bold geometric patterns and a sweeping arched ceiling.
