Estelle
Estelle is a two-storey open-air bar and dining room with a beach-house-meets-nightlife aesthetic and curated house-music program. Drawing on Greek and Italian coastal living and Mexican influences, the design features natural textures and open sightlines to Camelback Mountain. The menu pairs coastal Mediterranean dishes with bold flavors – ahi tostadas with chipotle aioli and crispy leeks, birria grilled cheese with consomé, and campanelle alla vodka with burrata – alongside pizzas such as margherita and Figs & Pigs. Desserts include limoncello sorbet with prickly pear syrup and a house-made affogato with cold brew.
