Established in 1868 in New York City's Meat Packing District, Old Homestead Steakhouse at Borgata brings a steakhouse tradition to Atlantic City. Renowned for its USDA Prime aged beef and a starter selection such as roasted onion soup, silver-dollar mushrooms with blue crab and oysters Rockefeller, the outpost, led by brothers Greg and Marc Sherry, retains a wood-panelled dining character.
