Karyu

Karyu Miami is the American debut of Tokyo’s Michelin one-star Oniku Karyu: a 12-seat wagyu kaiseki conceived by chef Haruka Katayanagi in partnership with Spicy Hospitality Group. Three of Katayanagi’s protégés relocated from Japan to staff the kitchen and dining room, bringing a concentrated focus on wagyu within a deliberately small, theater-like setting in Miami’s Design District.
