Wineaux Summerlin

The wine bar and market at The Resort at Summerlin and the JW Marriott Resort was conceived by James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and Master Sommelier Nick Hetzel. An expansive, carefully chosen wine collection is presented alongside Mediterranean-driven small plates and a concise program of cocktails. Sommeliers and staff guide collectors and curious drinkers through tastings and pairings, while interiors of vintage woods, rich stone and plush textiles bring the formality of a cellar together with the ease of a neighborhood bar. Guests may browse bottles, enjoy a flight or linger over plates designed expressly to accompany wine.
