Channeling Georgia O’Keeffe’s New Mexican years, Bar Calico translates arid Southwest flavor into a cocktail menu rooted in sotol and mezcal. Drinks such as Calico Under Moonlight, Alfred’s Cut and Peach and Glass sit beside sotol flights served with nopal, pecans and blood orange. Small plates include Jamón Serrano, mushroom flatbread and chilled Jonah crab dip.
