Founded by a husband-and-wife duo, RAS reimagines Ethiopian flavors through an entirely plant-based menu that foregrounds smoky-sweet berbere, fire kissed spices and teff injera. Dishes such as kitfo, mushroom and seitan tibs, sambusa and hearty Mercato platters sit alongside inventive rice bowls and a lentil burger. Hospitality is intentional and faith-rooted, with service framed by integrity and warmth.
