RUKA interprets Peruvian-Asian cooking through Nikkei and Chifa traditions, where ceviche, sushi and wok-fried rice appear alongside creations such as Yuzu lobster and Wagyu mofu. Patterned tiles, shou-sugi charred wood and suspended rope referencing Peruvian textiles sit with columns carved with dragons and Incan motifs, while cocktails draw on passionfruit, guava and yuzu to complement the menu.
