COTE Vegas

COTE Vegas at The Venetian brings the Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse to the Las Vegas Strip, translating the brand’s Korean barbecue‑meets‑American steakhouse concept into a theatrical dining room by David Rockwell. Rows of amphitheater-style booths unfold like petals around a central bar beneath a glowing, petallike ceiling installation, while lighting, music and tableside charcoal grilling create a multisensory performance. The kitchen focuses on top-tier beef –from USDA Prime and American Wagyu to Japanese A5 and 45-, 90- and 120-day dry-aged steaks – served through rituals such as the Butcher’s Feast, Steak & Eggs and The Legend of the Seven Jades. Tables feature gold-rimmed Shinpo grills; an in-house dry-age room, a distinctive salt blend and a James Beard-nominated 1,200+‑label wine program complete the offering.
