Stalk, named for the plant’s main stem, maps seed to plate with vegetable-led dishes, small plates, vegetarian options, bold meat entrées and daily seafood. Each dish reflects care and love. House cocktails from Taquerita to Persephone’s Wish shape a playful bar program led by Morgan Chevalier. Chef-owner Nicole Nocella champions community, nearby farms and the seacoast.
