Journey's End

Perched in the Journey clubhouse at Pechanga, Journey's End serves American breakfast and lunch against panoramic views of the golf course and Temecula Valley. The dining room, outdoor patio and bar foreground the landscape, while weekend brunch is accompanied by soloists. Chef Jordan Garcia draws on family traditions, such as making tortillas and his mother's chilaquiles, combined with formal culinary training and experience across regional kitchens to rework familiar dishes with increased refinement. The kitchen balances approachable, ingredient-led plates with considered technique, moving from simple morning preparations to more articulated midday flavors. The result is a place where relaxed, golf-club hospitality meets attentive execution, each dish framed by the light and terraces of Southern California wine country.
