Bayberry is a 5,000-square-foot American bistro that channels its seaside setting through a brightened interior, an outdoor patio and a convivial 40-seat bar. Under Executive Chef William Muzio the menu centers on local catch and seasonal produce, with a focus on raw-bar selections and coastal mains such as chilled Maine lobster, Montauk swordfish and poke tuna preparations, balanced by bistro staples including dry-aged burgers, Wagyu bolognese and steak frites.
