Founded in 1995 by chef Lisa Dahl, Dalh & Di Luca Ristorante Italiano has helped define the Sedona's fine dining since then. The menu centers on Italian classic cooked with love, and a refined twist, with signatures including the boneless chicken breast sautéed with pancetta, mushrooms, onions and served with gnocchi primavera.
