Lindo Michoacan Las Vegas

Since opening in 1990, Lindo Michoacán Las Vegas has translated the regional cooking of Michoacán into a confident, approachable dining experience. Owner Javier Barajas learned his craft in his native state, training in a seminary kitchen where a nun named Sister Anita taught him traditional preparations now central to the menu. Expect a broad selection of Mexican staples—fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas, tostadas, soups and seafood—alongside house-made corn tortillas and daily desserts such as flan, churros and nieve frita. The bar complements the kitchen with an extensive tequila selection and signature margaritas, while the Desert Inn location retains a veranda with a clear view across Las Vegas. The restaurant has grown from a modest twelve-table beginning to multiple dining rooms that reflect its enduring local presence.
