Aqua NYC, a 24,000-square-foot Flatiron project from the Aqua Restaurant Group, marries Italian heartiness and Japanese precision across two floors, three private salons, a 44-seat bar ringed by an illuminated hemp‑rope sculpture and a 22-seat sushi counter. Dishes range from handmade pasta and Pollo alla Diavola to robata grill items and 'Crystal Sushi', seafood set in delicate flavored jellies.
