Ventanas at the Modern

Ventanas at the Modern is a dining and lounge concept by restaurateur Alexander Duran and chef David Burke, in 7,000 square feet with floor-to-ceiling ventanas overlooking a two-acre park and outdoor terrace bar. Three distinct spaces accommodate power lunches and gatherings, with dishes from plantain chips with pineapple and mango to salads dressed with sesame brittle and charred jalapeño vinaigrette.
