Matunuck Oyster Bar and its Atelier present maritime-focused dining led by Perry Raso, pairing modern techniques with global influences. A prominent raw bar showcases Rhode Island oysters, cherrystones, littleneck clams and jumbo shrimp; Matunuck oysters are cultivated in Potter Pond and many herbs and vegetables come from the restaurant’s organic farm. Oyster-farm tours let guests see shellfish at various stages.
