Elliott's Oyster House

Situated on Seattle's waterfront at Pier 56, this restaurant features shellfish presented raw on the half shell and a shipshape, brass-railed bar set against a Sound-side deck for summer service. Oysters are sold in high volume and shucked with practised precision; the wine list and a selection of martinis are curated with those oysters in mind. The wider menu focuses on straightforward seafood favorites executed without fuss.
