Caesar's Steak House & Lounge - Downtown

Since 1972 Caesar's Steak House & Lounge in downtown Calgary has established a measured ritual of celebration, specializing in aged Alberta beef cut to order and charbroiled on an open‑flame grill. Steaks are aged a minimum of 28 days, seasoned with a decades-old house spice and finished by cooks with long-standing supplier relationships. The menu pairs classic steakhouse signatures such as Chateaubriand, prime bone‑in rib eye and Steak Neptune with seafood preparations including broiled Atlantic lobster tails, Dover sole Meunière and scampi. A Wine Spectator Award of Excellence–listed cellar since 2013 underpins a wine list that includes sought-after bottlings such as Dominio de Pingus and Château Palmer, while traditional tableside service and time-honored cocktails, among them an Emperor’s martini and the Bloody Caesar, complete the experience.
