Pitch (thomas)
Pitch began in Omaha as a pizza-and-salad eatery, and at The Quad in Scottsdale, its pizzeria lineage remains central even as the menu has expanded. The kitchen pairs several pizza variations with dishes such as beef-braised short ribs, crab cake tortellini and mesquite-grilled lamb chops; all pasta is made from scratch.
