Izzy's San Francisco presents contemporary American cooking centered on steaks, with a menu that highlights premium cuts alongside a selection of wines. Opened in February 1987 by Sam DuVall on Izzy Gomez’s birthday as the first of the modern Izzy’s, its history laden walls display photographs and San Francisco memorabilia beneath attentive, friendly service.
