Refectory

The Refectory inhabits an 1850s church and schoolhouse where an elegant, romantic dining room and a bistro centered on the original fireplace frame classic French and contemporary American cooking. Lyon-born chef Richard Blondin oversees a nightly-changing menu with a five-course tasting, vegetarian option and bespoke tasting selections. A cellar of several hundred wines has long been recognized by Wine Spectator.
