Osteria Bianchi

Osteria Bianchi revives the Italian neighborhood osteria with a contemporary American sensibility, emphasizing hand-made pastas, hearth breads and old-world recipes. Dishes range from ricotta gnocchi in braised rabbit ragu to grilled octopus, cacciucco and Duroc pork chop, with focused pizza selections and restrained desserts. The kitchen is led by chefs Josh and Kelly Bianchi, whose résumés include Gramercy Tavern, Vetri Cucina and Wynn.
