This bright dining room marries steakhouse technique with Mexican repertoire, centring on Prime Angus beef from Omaha, aged on site, alongside 100% all‑natural chicken breast and wild U‑12 white prawns. The menu moves between generous bone‑in ribeyes, skirt and New York steaks and coastal plates such as garlic‑butter prawns and enchiladas costeña, while the Molcajete Rancho combines skirt steak, chicken, prawns, chorizo, nopales and Mexican cheese finished with freshly made salsa and served with handmade yellow corn or flour tortillas. A dedicated tequila lounge complements the grill, and regular live music — from saxophone and violin to mariachi — provides an animated musical backdrop.
