MAASS, on the lobby level of the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale, is an American restaurant centered on an open-fire hearth led by Chef Ryan Ratino and a MICHELIN-accoladed team. Dishes range from foie gras terrine and duck confit agnolotti to black cod chowder and Hokkaido scallops, complemented by a wine list awarded Wine Spectator’s 2024 Best of Award of Excellence.
