Evening Bar at the Shinola Hotel presents seasonal cocktails devised by chef-owner Andrew Carmellini, with a menu that applies time-honored techniques to shaken, stirred and session formats. Gachot Studios’ interior places low-slung seating, soft lighting and a back-lit cocktail counter around a custom églomisé mirror inspired by Detroit murals; Carmellini’s small plates and an extensive spirits list accompany the drinks.
