High on Level 8 above Downtown LA, Golden Hour is a rooftop pool and bar where a rotating carousel bar anchors cocktail service by Juan Martinez. Daytime swimming and poolside cabanas meet a cocktail repertoire – Mai Tai, Lava Colada, Sunshine Samba, DiscoCo – and shareable plates such as ceviche tostada, mushroom tacos and a Golden Burger. Evenings bring DJs and cinematic city views.
