Fawn & Fable honors the agricultural traditions of Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands with American staples and steakhouse cuts grilled with care and grounded in regional ingredients. The menu is intentionally pared back so ingredient quality and technique are paramount. Housed within Nemacolin’s Falling Rock, the dining room marries fairytale-castle character with contemporary detailing and a stewardship-minded approach to ingredients and preparation.
